Privacy Policy
Precise Environmental (PE) practices the ten National Privacy Principles (NPPs), found in Schedule 3 of the Commonwealth of Australia Privacy Act 1988, which apply to the private sector.
Personal information held by us relates only to the operation of our business (e.g. names, addresses, phone numbers, billing details) and to projects undertaken by us for our clients.

Security of your information
We will not disclose information about you to a third party unless the disclosure is required or authorised by law, or you have consented to the disclosure. However we may supply the information to other parties if it is reasonable to do so, such as to contractors who undertake works on our behalf.
PE will not use information for secondary purposes unrelated to the primary purpose for which the information was given unless you have consented or the use is reasonable considering the original purpose of the information.
However PE retains the right to use un-priviliged information supplied to us in the submission of documents to our clients for the purposes of obtaining paid project work. The type of submissions include:
- expressions of interest
- capability statements
- tenders
Personal information that has been supplied to PE is stored securely in its offices, either in physical files or electronically in the company’s server. While examples of our clients and projects are listed on our website and may be stored on our website server, privileged client information will not be listed on our website without your authorisation.
Please be aware that no information transmitted over the Internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. We will endeavour to protect your personal information, however, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us. Your transmissions are conducted at your own risk.
Variations to this Privacy Policy
PE may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any information collected after an amended Privacy Policy has been posted on our web site will be subject to that amended privacy Policy.
